Terms and Conditions

 

Please thoroughly read all the Terms and Conditions before confirming your booking.

 

Minimum Numbers

  • A minimum booking of 4 people applies to all mobile bridal bookings on a Saturday.

 

Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your Wedding date. This will be deducted off the total price.

  • Your date is not secure until a deposit has been received. Due to large numbers of enquiries a date cannot be held without deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative date.

 

Cancellations and Additional People

  • By paying the deposit, you agree to the total price listed on your invoice. This price is final and cannot be reduced should someone in your wedding party wish to cancel their service. Please understand that time is allocated for your event and all other enquiries for that day will be turned down, therefore it is courteous to keep your original booking numbers.

  • Additional people may be added to your booking if time permits. Please advice as soon as possible so extra time can be allocated.

  • Additional people who wish to book a service at the time of the event may do so if time permits. Please note, this may not always be an option as there may be other bookings on the same day. Cash is the only payment option available at the time of an event. Eftpos is not available.

 

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the date of the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer. The details are listed on your quote.

  • Any other additional service required  will be added to the cost of the invoice

 

Travel and Parking Fees

  • Travel fees may apply to your location and will be quoted upon enquiry.

  • All parking fees associated with your location will be added to the total price.

  • If your location is at a hotel, a parking spot/s must be prior arranged for your makeup artists and hair stylists as we will be carrying heavy kits and equipment.

  • Public Holidays and Call Out/Service times required before 7am on the wedding morning will incur an early morning surcharge of $50.00

Additional notes:

  • Mervat will supply a touch up kit for the Bride. It is recommended that the rest of Bridal party provide their own touch up lipsticks as there will be limited stock available for purchase on the day. Mervat recommends selecting a colour from MAC, Napoleon Perdis, Revlon or Loreal prior to the Wedding.

  • Please ensure there is adequate space at your location for your hair and makeup artists with good, natural lighting and access to power points. A table will be required.

  • Photographs may be taken during your hair and makeup preparation and used for promotional purposes. Please advise if you do not wish to be photographed.
